As a franchise organisation finding a chat service that met the individual needs of our offices has been something we’ve been looking into for some time. With the C4B system we have found one that is able to adapt to our needs, allowing us to bespoke the service while not affecting the underlying innovations within their system. Visitors to our website often have very particular questions that they want to ask relating to property and C4B’s ability to transfer chats straight to agents has allowed us to have a much better relationship with these visitors, and in turn converting them to clients.
